PACKAGES
Package 1
– Swimming in three cenotes: Cascabel, Xooch´ y Pool Cocom
– Life jacket. ⛔Obligatory use. ⛔
– Transportation to the cenotes area in section 1 by bicycle, ‘combi’ or Santa Barbara Express (engine train).
– Free swimming time. ⛔Once the guests leave the area, return is not allowed. ⛔
– Splash pad in section 2 (children).
– Resting area in section 2.
– Lookout in section 2.
– Elevator to access cenote Pool Cocom in section 2. ⛔Exclusive use for disabled people, seniors, and pregnant women.⛔
– Bathrooms, changing rooms, showers, Wi-Fi, and parking free.
– Monitoring in cenotes by trained and certified lifeguards.
Package 2
-Includes lunch, yucatecan food.
*Drinks and desserts not included.
*The Yucatecan food is consumed in the main restaurant and the fast-food in the Snacks & Beer (located in section 2).

Reglamento: 🏊🏻♂️📄🚫
1- 🚫 Prohibido el uso de bloqueadores, repelentes o cualquier otro tipo de crema corporal.
2- 🚫 La tela tipo mezclilla está prohibida para nadar. Preferentemente utilizar traje de baño.
3- 🚫 Prohibido el ingreso de neveras.
4- 🚫 Prohibido el ingreso de bebidas alcoholicas, gasificadas, naturales y de toda índole, así como cualquier tipo de alimentos. Eso incluye los snacks.
(Solo se permite agua embotellada)
5- 🚫 Prohibido el ingreso de mascotas.
6- 🚫 Prohibido usar aletas.
7- 🔴 El uso del chaleco salvavidas es obligatorio. No opcional.
8- 🔴 Ducharse obligatoriamente antes de entrar a los cenotes.
9- 🔴 Tiempo libre, pero decida prudentemente su tiempo en los cenotes ya que una vez finalizado no hay retorno a ellos.
10- 🔴 Decida prudentemente su transporte, ya que no puede cambiarse el mismo una vez comenzado su recorrido.
11- 🔴 Ingrese sus pertenencias bajo su propio riesgo. La empresa no se hace responsable de los objetos perdidos o dañados.
